Terms of Service

These terms cover your use of askbombi.com and Bombi, an AI business agent you text or call. By using Bombi you agree to them.

Early access

Bombi is in early access. Features may change, may be incomplete, and may occasionally be unavailable.

What Bombi is and isn't

Bombi uses AI to help with business tasks such as reminders, summaries, drafting messages and looking up rules. AI can make mistakes. Check important information, especially dates, amounts and requirements, before relying on it. Bombi does not give legal, tax or financial advice.

Your approval

Bombi asks for your approval before contacting your customers or taking actions involving money. You are responsible for what you approve.

Text messaging program

Program: Bombi sends messages about early access, your account, reminders and briefings you ask for, and replies to your messages.
Frequency: message frequency varies.
Cost: message and data rates may apply.
Opt out: reply STOP at any time. You'll get one message confirming you've been unsubscribed.
Help: reply HELP or email hello@askbombi.com.
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Your accounts and content

You keep ownership of your business information and messages. You give Bombi permission to use them only to provide the service to you. Don't use Bombi for anything unlawful or to send messages to people who haven't agreed to receive them.

Limits

Bombi is provided as is during early access. To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses from using it.

Changes

We may update these terms. If the changes are significant, we'll tell you by email or text.
