Privacy Policy

Bombi ("Bombi", "we", "us") makes an AI business agent that small-business owners text or call. This policy explains what information we collect through askbombi.com and our text messaging, how we use it, and the choices you have.

What we collect

  • What you give us: your name, business name, email address and mobile number when you sign up for early access or contact us.
  • Messages: the texts and calls you exchange with Bombi.
  • Connected accounts: if you connect accounts such as email, calendar or sales systems, the information Bombi needs from them to do the work you ask for.
  • Basic technical data: standard server logs such as IP address, browser type and pages visited.

How we use it

  • To provide Bombi: answering your messages, sending reminders and briefings, and doing the tasks you ask for.
  • To contact you about early access and your account.
  • To keep the service secure and fix problems.

Bombi uses AI models from third-party providers to read and write messages. We share with them only what is needed to produce a response.

Text messages

If you agree to receive texts, we send messages about early access and your account. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to stop receiving messages and HELP for help.

We do not sell or share your mobile number or text messaging consent with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging opt-in data and consent are never shared with third parties, except service providers that deliver the messages for us (such as our SMS carrier partner).

Who we share information with

  • Service providers that help us run Bombi (hosting, messaging, email and AI model providers), only to provide the service.
  • When required by law, or to protect the rights and safety of our users or the public.

We do not sell your personal information.

How long we keep it

We keep your information while you use Bombi or are on our early-access list. Ask us to delete it at any time and we will, unless the law requires us to keep it.

Your choices

  • Reply STOP to any text to stop messages.
  • Disconnect any connected account at any time.
  • Email us to see, correct or delete your information.
